Mediterranean-type Mozzarella

It has a white color, with a smooth and supple texture, and a sweet, buttermilk and compact taste. Whether in its classic oval form or in its braided form, with a light, smooth, lucid skin and with a fluffy and ocellated texture, in its layers it holds a buttermilk liquid. In order to maintain its freshness and its serosity longer it is packaged in brine.

This product contains a low amount of salt. Given the peculiar structure of the product, salt can be added before eating it.
