This product contains a low amount of salt and is particularly suited for the stuffing of panzerotti and to be used on Neapolitan ‘pizza verace’. The available sizes are: 300g oval and 1 kg brick loaf shape. It is packaged in brine or in protective atmosphere. It is possible to customise the product’s characteristics according to the customer’s specifications.
