The selection of Abbasciano mozzarellas guarantees to everybody their favorite product:
125g, 200g and 300g, as well as in the functional Eight-stars shape, all packaged in brine; 290g and 500g loaf, without brine.
Our assortment also includes the Buffalo mozzarella, produced in the heart of the typical area and certified with the D.O.P. (Denomination of Protected Origin) mark, a European recognition which guarantees the traditional products of a well defined geographical area. This mozzarella is also available in different sizes and packaging.
We advise eating the mozzarella after soaking it while still packaged in lukewarm water (35/40°C or 95/104°F) for about ten minutes. In this way its natural flavor and its soft consistency stand out.
Our mozzarelle do not have preservatives.
