Artisanal ‘fiordilatte’ mozzarella

Our classic, artisanal mozzarella, made according to tradition; pearl- white in color, it has a smooth and supple texture, and a sweet, compact flavor with hints of buttermilk. It comes in two shapes: the classic oval (50 and 100 g) and a hand-wrapped braid. It is packaged in brine to preserve its freshness. The fiordilatte is the softest mozzarella in our hand-crafted production line.
This product contains a low amount of salt. Given the particular product structure, you can add salt before eating it.
