White cheeses

In this group belong the pugliese-style scamorza, one of the most characteristic Italian cheeses, which is distinguishable for the elegance of its typical pear or flask shape, and the pugliese-style caciottella, a cheese with an harmonious and inviting shape. They are both excellent products with a smooth, thin, transparent skin.

Of the same dough, but more mature, are the Provolino, in a cylindrical shape, therefore also called Salamino, and the Caciocavallo, in a pear shape and bigger than the scamorza.

Finally, thanks to the care of our expert cheese makers, it is also possible to enjoy the Trecciona dorata, an entirely handmade cheese, which can be tasted served in slices.
