Shortly aged cow milk stretched paste cheese, light yellow in color and with a peculiar taste. It has the unmistakable shape of a small flask, smaller than Caciocavallo, due to the rafia string used to hang it while aging.
It is vacuum-packaged in order to guarantee its freshness and a longer durability.
Very good as appetizer, this cheese has a delightful taste when grilled and served with a side of colorful grilled vegetables.
