The provola curd is stretched and braided by hand by our expert cheese makers to prepare these delightful braids weighing 2,8 kg, which are then shortly matured. It is a cheese that makes a good show on deli counters, served in slices it gives its best if grilled and seasoned with oil and fresh grinded black pepper.
