You can make the following recipes:
Particularly light in fat and therefore easily digestible, it has a cylindrical shape marked with the pattern of the basket in which it was produced.
White in color and with a quite firm structure, it lends itself very well to cooking, such as for tortellini stuffing and pies.
Also very good grilled or on pizzas.
