Traditional Nostrana ricotta, particularly light in fat and therefore easily digestible, with a regular grain and a delicate and appetizing taste, served in its small basket.
White in color and with a fairly consistent structure, it lends itself pretty well to be used in stuffing, such as for tortellini and pies.
Ideal when grilled and when topping pizza.
