Ingredients: 1 egg – 50 g of flour – salt – 2 spoons of sugar – 1 small glass of marsala sweet wine – 300 g of ricotta alla Pugliese Abbasciano – abundant fry oil - icing sugar.
How to make it:
Mix the egg with the flour and prepare a batter, add a pinch of salt and 2 spoons of sugar and marsala wine. Cut the ricotta into slices, pass it into the batter and fry it in abundant hot oil. Dust them with abundant icing sugar.
