Ricotta lactose free
With a very fine and homogenous grain, thi ricotta a is suitable for those who are intolerant to lactose or for those who find it difficult to digest it; in fact, lactose is broken down into the two sugars galactose and glucose, which are easier to assimilate. The ideal product for those who suffer from lactose intolerance but don’t want to give up the pleasures of the table. Lactose-free ricotta is available in formats of around 200g in its small production basket and 1,75 kg in a big basket.
