With a very fine and homogenous grain, and a very light taste, our Rugiada ricotta is available in a practical box sealed with a protective film and lid – and has a delicate taste and a smooth flavor.
It lends itself very well to stuffing, such as for tortellini and pies, where a particularly poor in fat and digestible ingredient is required.
