This smoked provola is suitable for those who are intolerant to lactose or who have difficulty digesting it. In fact, lactose is broken down into the two sugars galactose and glucose, which are more easily assimilated. The ideal product for those who suffer from lactose intolerance but don’t want to give up the pleasures of the table.
The lactose-free provola, available in 290 g format, once formed, is placed in a special oven and smoked for a few hours. In this way it takes on its characteristic golden-brown colour and acquires an intense but at the same time sweet and delicate taste.
Pasteurized cow’s Milk , salt, rennet, milk enzymes. No preservatives.
