Lactose is broken down into the two sugars galactose and glucose, which are more easily assimilated. The ideal product for those who suffer from lactose intolerance but don’t want to give up the pleasures of the table.
Lactose-free Scamorza is a shortly aged cow’s milk cheese with an unmistakable flask shape, soft, pale yellow in colour and with a special, rounded flavour.
Available in 290 g format, it is vacuum-packed to guarantee freshness and a longer shelf life.
Pasteurized cow’s Milk , salt, rennet, milk enzymes. No preservatives.
