Our traditional Pugliese-style ricotta is a product that is also suitable for smoking. After drying, the ricotta is placed in special wood-fired ovens and smoked for a few hours. In this way, it acquires a particular and tasty aroma.
An ideal product for dressing pasta and as an accompaniment to salami. Available in 250 g ca. vacuum-packed format.
Product sheet - PDFPasteurized cow’s whey, cream and milk, salt. Acidity corrector: citric acid E330. No preservatives.
