Description

Artisanal fiordilatte mozzarella made according to tradition; pearl- white in color, it has a smooth and soft texture, and a sweet, compact flavor with hints of buttermilk. This product contains a low amount of salt and is particularly suited for the stuffing of panzerotti and to be used on Neapolitan ‘pizza verace’. The available sizes are: 125 g, 300g oval and 1 kg loaf. It is packaged in brine or under vacuum. It is possible to customise the product’s characteristics according to the customer’s specifications.
